About The Piano Guys Piano Store

The Piano Guys Piano Store opened its virtual doors back in 2019. Since then, the store has become one of the largest online retailers for Yamaha Clavinova and AvantGrand pianos.  We’d love to give you some answers to a few questions we hear regularly.

Why did you do it?

For many years, The Piano Guys have trusted Yamaha pianos for their unwavering quality and commitment to supporting artists around the world.  We have been using Yamaha’s Acoustic, Disklavier, Hybrid and Clavinova piano models for filming our YouTube videos since we opened our channel in 2010! When the opportunity arose to provide our fans with a positive online shopping experience and bring the pianos that we love into your home, we just had to do it.

How did you get here?

Since 2019, we have worked hard to bring a unique experience to our fans who are looking to add music to their homes by purchasing a piano. Yamaha was the obvious choice, and we were excited to work out an agreement that brought our vision to the online world. 

What’s next?

To provide a world-class shopping experience online, we have chosen to work with an established retail partner who handles our inventory, delivery, logistics, website management, warranty claims, and customer support. Based in Houston, Texas, Fort Bend Music Center and its management team, bring over 120 years of combined experience to our online piano store.
